Clayton Industries is a pioneer in the development of Steam Generators of controlled circulation a  water tube type boiler. Clayton currently manufactures generators and fluid heaters in capacities from 10 to 1000 BHP. These units are compact, flexible and highly efficient.  They offer many advantages: can be installed individually or in battery of up to six units to achieve the requirements in large companies worldwide. 

From the basic design of the Steam Generator Clayton has expanded its product line to include Heat Recovery and Exhaust Boilers for marine and cogeneration applications, which like Steam Generators, these types of boilers offer unique advantages in many types of application. 

Also are manufactured, Superheated Steam Boilers in several capacities for a wide range of pressures and temperatures of superheated steam. 

To complement the line of Steam Generators and Heat Recovery Boilers, Clayton offers a full line of equipment and accessories for Water Treatment, as well as Steam Generators and Heat  Recovery Boilers they are manufactured in various configurations:  Skid mounted steam generating  systems “Steam Plants” are available in a variety  of standard and customs designed configurations, provide compact and  convenient packages that are fully wired, assembled and piped at the factory mounted on a portable frame for easy transportation.   Are ready to produce steam when connected to water and electricity.

                                                     
The Rental service offers Steam Plants in capacities up to 200 BHP mounted on a portable skid to facilitate transportation. 

The Chemical Division offers a complete line of products for boiler water treatment. Sales and Service is provided through specialized chemical engineers.  They give advice and monitoring services for feed water to ensure that the water in your boiler and cooling water is kept within the guidelines prescribed by the manufacturer.
